| Description: | The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for performing quality assurance (QA) and reviewing courses as the student will see them. The QA Analyst will ensure that all courses and websites meet 360training’s quality standards for content, ease of use, and reliability in meeting educational needs. The QA Analyst will be reporting inconsistencies between the online courses, instructional design story board, and 360Trainings standards for content writing, audio, and functionality. The QA Analyst will document these inconsistencies along with suggestions on improvement wherever possible to the multimedia and content teams. The QA Analyst will also review live courses for overall quality, accuracy of instructional design, functionality, and the over all learner experience. |
| Duties: | The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will:
•Perform a quality assurance review and a live review on assigned courses to assure course quality from the content, functionality, and quality perspective.
•Develop new approaches to solving problems identified during quality assurance activities.
•Review and compare the instructional design story board against the online course.
•Document identified errors to the Standard QA Form along with suggestions on improvement wherever possible to the multimedia and content teams in order to maintain the highest standards of English grammar and style.
•Work with information that is technical in nature and ensure that the information is communicated in the best way possible.
•Proofread online courses while adhering to the author’s intended message.
•Review and improve course quality assurance processes and procedures.

| Qualifications: | •Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience considered.
•Must be competent in the use of the internet from both a functionality and conceptual standpoint.
•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Knowledge of Flash and previous quality assurance experience will be an added plus.
•Ability to work independently with little or no supervision;.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Highly organized and motivated.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have good organizational and typing skills, and be knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
