| Duties: | Position will be responsible for oversight and preparation of financials in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries & account analysis for both US and PK entities.
-Preparation of monthly financials and budget variance analysis by department for US and PK entities
-Coordination with tax accountant on tax liability calculations & estimates
-Calculation of department revenue and expense allocation.
-Preparation & oversight of accounts payable for PK entity
-Approval of monthly payroll processing
-Financial forecasts and budgeting.
-Process improvement and implementation of financial controls.
-Maintenance and alignment of system of accounts with US entity.

| Qualifications: | Candidates must have a Degree in Accounting with 10-15 years experience. Must be well organized, detail-oriented and fast-learner. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal - are required. Software experience: MS Office, QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc) preferred. Certified Account preferred but not required. |
