360training is a training technology and content company. We are seeking someone with formal training in user interface, graphic design and/or human computer interaction (HCI) with a passion for innovation and a desire to work with leading edge technologies. This role will be primarily responsible for working with marketing to unify our branding strategy across all our online training technology and content related products, establish style guidelines for all developers as well as drive our user interface process and design for all new products. |
| Duties: | Research and do user experience analysis and establish a unified branding strategy for all 360training products.
Set up processes and rhythm to review customer data, learner evaluations, do live QA review and user analysis to ensure that all products are conforming to and leveraging the companys branding strategy and framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional design teams to create and design UI flows.
Create and design wireframes & interactive prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS to effectively communicate interaction & design concepts.
Collaborate during the requirements gathering and specification phases of a project.
Work with all development teams to implement UI designs and flows.
Create & own production-ready graphics & layouts for our web-based applications.
Keep the rest of the team abreast of the latest design techniques/trends/ideas.
Develop and execute usability testing with target users.

| Qualifications: | BS/BA degree in Human Factors, HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related area.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to address complex design problems and provide sound design solutions.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates past work & accomplishments.
Experience creating interaction designs for Web applications or sites.
Strong visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, patterns) and a fanatical attention to detail down to the pixel.
Expertise in Web design & graphics tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc.
Strong customer and user focus.
Comfortable working on highly technical teams.
Comfortable working with rapidly changing requirements. |
