Position is a strategic and operational role, with significant fiscal responsibility. Provide business partner guidance and leadership for major functional organizations across the company. Responsibilities include corporate and business unit financial planning, reporting and analysis, banking, internal controls, policy creation, compliance reporting, forecasting, tax filings, management of global audit process, direct staff and contractors.


Duties:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure combined financial statements for operating entities in the US, Pakistan, and UK are prepared in compliance with GAAP.
• Control the financial operations of one or more operating entities.
• Assist in the creation of new legal entities and incorporate financial reporting.
• Counsel business managers and staff in areas affecting financial performance.
• Ensure budgets are integrated in financial systems, approved and measured.
• Analyze financial information to properly manage assets, liabilities, and reviews of balance sheet, income statement and other financial reports.
• Deliver timely monthly financial reporting to management and interpret financial results of operations to senior management.
• Monitor, analyze and provide recommendations related to the internal controls.
• Document accounting and internal control policies and procedures
• Daily cash management of the company, cash flow forecasting, manage bank requirements and line of credit considerations.
• Identify process improvements and automation of manual routines.
• Supervise, lead and manage accounting staff and contractors (US-based and off-shore teams) on technical and performance matters.
• Identify staffing and training needs, establish staff priorities, performance goals and conduct performance evaluations.
• Interface and coordinate with external tax accountant, auditors and customers.
• Participate as part of acquisition team for financial analysis and implementation.
Qualifications:Broad knowledge and experience in financial & management accounting, finance, internal controls, consolidations or combinations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, IT knowledge and the ability to execute strategy effectively.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant and increasingly complex experience including (3) years management responsibilities
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Software experience: QuickBooks, MS Office, Advanced MS Excel
• Experience with multi-entity, international operations strongly preferred
• Experience with accounting system migration and implementation preferred.
• Experience with enterprise financial applications such as Great Plains, NetSuite, Oracle, Platinum is beneficial.
