360training is a training technology and content company. We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team here in Austin. This role is primarily responsible for the maintenance and security of our 24x7x365 hosted applications located in the data center.
Duties:Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all systems in the data center provide a minimum SLA of 99.9%.
• Manage all servers, switches, routers and equipment at data center for hosted applications.
• Take on-call weekends and nights to support 24x7x365 operation.
• Setup, manage, monitor and tune OS, Apache and Tomcat for hosted applications.
• Work with the Network Operations Manager and VP of Technology with respects to strategy for data center operations (virtualization, expansion, business continuity planning, etc) in support of the business requirements.
• Work with outside vendors for sourcing and procuring equipment.
• Provide support and mentoring to the Help Desk team as needed.
• Manage Nortel VOIP Infrastructure
• Assist with special assignments as needed.
Qualifications:Position Requirements

• Bachelors of Computer Science Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience with clustered, hosted applications for an ASP.
• 5+ years experience with Tomcat and Apache.
• 5+ years experience Linux, Ubuntu preferred.
• 5+ years experience with MS SQL Server.
• 5+ years experience with networking, Cisco certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting onshore/offshore/remote environments/teams/offices.
• Experience with Cisco IOS
• Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, and Access Points
• Experience working with VLAN, LAG, BGP, NAT, PAT, QoS
• Ability to communicate effectively with good oral and writing skills.
• Experience with EMC SAN Technologies (ISCSI/Fiber Channel)
• Experience with Fiber Switch Technologies
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining all manners of server hardware and associated network equipment, including SCSI, RAID, and HBA.
• Experience with server/network performance tuning and monitoring tools.
• Experience with NAS Technologies
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, both technically and organizationally.
• Experience in e-Learning a plus.
