| Description: | - We are seeking an experienced Engineering Support Specialist to be responsible for assigning, monitoring, updating, and communicating status, as well as fixing and testing Engineering Support issues reported by internal and external customers.
- The candidate must also be willing to be hands-on in testing as needed.

| Duties: | - Monitor email for Engineering Support.
- Process Engineering Support issues per performance targets.
- Follow-up existing open issues, reporting status clearly and regularly until closure.
- Make recommendations for improving Engineering Support efficiencies on an on-going basis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as an advocate for Engineering Support.
- Perform hands-on testing as needed (a possible career path into technical team.)
• Required: Ability to work per holiday-schedule and work-hour schedule of USA
(i.e. ability for flexible work schedule -working during PK nights and PK holidays).
• Must be a self-starter with history of constantly demonstrating initiative to get the job done.
• Excellent time management skills to multi-task, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and willing to work hard while looking for process improvements.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, both technically and organizationally.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills working with a diverse, international team across different reporting structures.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Experience with Windows.

| Qualifications: | - Knowledge of programming a plus to identify root cause and estimate time to fix is a plus.
-Understanding QA methodologies and practices, and software development life cycle is a plus.
- Experience with database queries is a plus.
- 2 or more years of Engineering Support-type experience is a plus.
