| Duties: | Effectively responds to clients concerns and queries with courtesy and professionalism
Communicates with customers via phone, e-mail or chat
Assist clients with troubleshooting level 1 technical problems with course player or website
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience
Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
Resolve complex customer issues
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Maintain acceptable phone productivity statistics
Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish)

| Qualifications: | • High School Diploma.
• Must be available to work from 7:30 am – 7pm (Mon – Fri)
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
