Description:• Track and report search engine referrals, keyword rankings and other SEO and PPC traffic metrics for assigned sites to stakeholders.
• Page copy and keyword optimization. 

• Keyword research.
• Complete any ad hoc report, or duty as required by the business needs. 

• Be the go to resource for all analytics, SEO and PPC for assigned websites.
• Perform regular competitive analysis to assist in making changes to offers, products, copy, etc.

Duties:SEO/Content

• Audit content published for search engine optimization compliance 

• Create detailed search engine optimization recommendations for assigned sites 

• Implement strategies for attaining high rankings for relevant, high-volume search terms 

• Be an expert in your space by staying on top of current SEO news, search engine feature changes, and algorithm shifts.
• Research, create and deliver a long-term SEO strategy for the channel that complies with best practice standards and will drive sustainable traffic. 

• On-page optimization, including detailed site assessment and comprehensive recommendations. 

• Off-page optimization, including development and acquisition. 

• Website structure, page structure and internal linking structure. 

• Advice on implementation and page code. 

• Monitoring and reporting. 


• Competitor and back-link analysis.
• Work to identify areas of opportunity and improvement. 


PPC
• Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
• Maintain execution training plans to update status of campaigns.
• Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations.
• Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
• Compose and test ad copy to produce optimal click through rates
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
• Generate and deliver performance reports to stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Manage client budgets to ensure proper allocation and avoid overspending.
• Maintain positive ROAS at defined levels based on each product and portal
Qualifications:• 2+ years experience in SEO.
• 2+ years experience in SEM.
• Familiarity with web analytics software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter with a track record of demonstrating initiative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven environment.
• Experience in a dynamic, growing company. Must be adaptable and flexible.
• Strong in MS Office.
• Strong math skills.
