| Description: | • Work with Regulatory Analyst to fulfill course approval and renewal tasks within given deadlines.
• Work with Regulatory Analyst to maintain a knowledge-base related to state and national requirements for course approval renewal requirements.
• Review course approval documentation and complete at 100% accuracy.
• Maintain a system for documenting, tracking and managing all regulatory filings.
• Proactively make recommendations for appropriate process improvements that would lead to a more efficient overall process flow.
• Complete and submit to Regulatory Analyst all required forms for course and provider approvals and renewals in a timely manner.
• Research and maintain Business Intelligence documents.
• Some research required regarding course approval process.

| Qualifications: | • BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong organizational skills required.
