Description:• Monitor email for Accreditation Support. Process Accreditation Support issues per performance targets. Follow-up existing open issues, reporting status clearly and regularly until closure.
• Make recommendations for improving Accreditation Support efficiencies on an on-going basis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as an advocate for Accreditation Support.
• Perform hands-on testing and implementation of certain processes as needed (a possible career path into Accreditation team.)
• Excellent English written and verbal skills working with an international team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good organizational and technical problem-solving skills.
• History of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and executing in a high-pressure environment.
• History of showing initiative to get the job done.
• Follow-up and follow through required on all aspects of this position.
Qualifications:• 2 or more years of customer support-type experience preferred.
