We are looking for an Admissions Assistant for our Higher Education (Career Training) division. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales, E-Commerce Channel. The position has four main components and responsibilities:
1) Inquiry Processing and Distribution
2) Customer Support
4) Administrative Support
|Duties:||All duties and responsibilities will be focused on supporting the customers and the sales and marketing team members of the Career Training Programs, Higher Education/E-Commerce division.|
Provide administrative support for all B2C Admissions staff
Manages report writing functions within and utilizes multiple databases and business intelligence tools to accurately report data. This includes designing reports, publishing reports, and validating reports.
Work closely with IT to identify key business requirements for technological enhancements for any analytical systems/databases needs and issues.
Works on data integrity improvements and report automation.
Perform analyses (including but not limited to data mining and lead modeling) to identify ways to improve marketing strategies in order to develop more efficient processes and increase effectiveness.
Process and distribute all computer generated inquiries in the same day, all others within the same week.
Maintain a "clean inquiry base" by monitoring it for duplicates and unworkables.
Manage data entry of all admissions information and reassignment of all inquiries.
Engage in internet text chats to achieve prompt contact and service with site visitors and achieves customer satisfaction goals. Manage multiple chat sessions with users.
Analyze chat session history and offer improvement suggestions for online chat experience.
Maintain proficiency on all aspect of the CRM system and train admissions employees of pertinent aspects of these systems.
Cross-train perform duties of Senior Admissions Assistant and Fulfillment.
Generate and distribute reports for staff daily.
Perform routine clerical duties including filing, copying, typing, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
Maintain calendars, schedule travel arrangements as needed, schedule meetings, set up Web Ex meetings.
Maintain SharePoint Intranet website for the department.
Review and create special enrollment contracts.
Process payments and track enrollments
|Qualifications:|| High school degree required and +4 years of administrative experience preferred|
Must be competent in the use of the internet from both a functionality and conceptual standpoint.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Should have good knowledge of web-based training
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
