360training is a training technology and content company. We are looking for an Customer Service Representative who will have the following duties:
Duties:Key Goals:
Effectively responds to clients concerns and queries with courtesy and professionalism
Communicates with customers via phone, e-mail or chat
Assist clients with troubleshooting level 1 technical problems with course player or website
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience
Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
Resolve complex customer issues
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Maintain acceptable phone productivity statistics
Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish)
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours 7:30 am – 7pm (Mon – Fri)
Qualifications:1 year of customer service experience and HS diploma. Excellent communication skills and attention to details are a must.
